1. Introduction
Welcome to Rozzo. By accessing or using the Rozzo Customer Application ("Rozzo"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Rozzo is a technology platform owned by Paralane Innovations, located in Vapi, Gujarat.
2. Nature of Service
Rozzo acts solely as a technological intermediary connecting customers with independent vendors. Rozzo is NOT a delivery company. We do not own, sell, or deliver the products listed on the App. All transactions are directly between you (the Customer) and the Vendor.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
- You agree to pay vendors directly for orders (Phase 1) or via the integrated Payment Gateway (Phase 2-3).
- You must verify items upon delivery. Any disputes regarding quality, quantity, or wrong items must be resolved directly with the Vendor.
4. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, Rozzo is not responsible or liable for:
- The quality, hygiene, or safety of items provided by Vendors.
- Errors in quantity or delivery of wrong items.
- Vendor fraud, losses, delays, or damages arising from the use of the service.
5. Payments & Refunds
- 5.1 Platform Role in Payments
Rozzo is a technology-enabled platform that facilitates transactions between customers and independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”). Rozzo does not provide, sell, or deliver goods or services listed on the platform.
- 5.2 Payment Methods
Customers may choose to make payments either directly to the Vendor or through online payment methods made available on the Rozzo platform via authorized payment gateways, depending on the service and phase of rollout.
- 5.3 Online Payments
When customers choose to pay through the Rozzo platform, payments are processed using RBI-authorized payment gateways. Amounts collected through the platform are settled to the respective Vendors after deduction of applicable platform service fees, taxes, or charges, in accordance with agreed settlement cycles, payment gateway policies, and applicable laws.
Rozzo does not control or guarantee the timelines of settlements, which are subject to banking and payment gateway processes.
- 5.4 Pricing & Platform Fees
The total payable amount displayed at checkout may include:
(a) Charges for services or products provided by the Vendor, and
(b) Applicable platform service fees charged by Rozzo for facilitating the transaction and providing technology services.
Platform service fees, where applicable, are charged separately for platform usage and facilitation.
- 5.5 Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and service-related disputes are governed by the policies of the respective Vendor.
In case of cancellation, non-delivery, or service-related issues, customers may raise a request through the Rozzo platform. Refunds, if approved by the Vendor, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
Platform service fees, once charged, may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 5.6 Liability Disclaimer
Rozzo acts solely as a facilitator for payments and shall not be responsible for:
- Service quality, quantity, or delivery failures by Vendors
- Refund rejections or delays caused by Vendors
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateway systems
All refund and service-related liabilities rest solely with the respective Vendor.
6. Account Deletion (Standard & Compliance)
How to Delete Your Account
We respect your right to be forgotten. You may delete your account and associated data through either of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Rozzo App and log in.
- Go to the Menu section.
- Click on the Profile Photo (Top left before Your name and Contact No.).
- Click on the Kebab Menu (Three Vertical Dots on the Top right.).
- Select "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Website Deletion
- Visit our deletion portal: Click Here.
- Select "Customer App".
- Enter your registered phone number.
- Validate the OTP sent to your mobile.
- Upon validation, your account will be deleted immediately.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Data Collection
We collect your Name, Phone Number, Address, Order History, and Delivery Logs to operate the App and improve services.
7.2 Data Use & Storage
To comply with App Store transparency requirements, we disclose our use of the following permissions:
- Camera Usage: Allow this app to use your camera for taking photos. We use this permission for profile picture upload.
- Photo Library Usage: Allow this app to access your photos. We use this permission for profile picture upload.
- Location Usage: Allow this app to access your location while using the app. We use your location to show nearby vendors in your area!
- Push Notifications: Allow this app to send you notifications. We use this permission to send you real-time updates regarding your order delivery status and any changes to your order status.
7.3 Data Retention
Active accounts retain data indefinitely to provide service history. Deleted accounts are retained for 180–365 days strictly for legal compliance and fraud prevention, after which data is permanently anonymized or destroyed.

8. Scheduled Delivery Services (Recurring Orders)
- 8.1. Nature of the Service: The "Subscription" feature provided on the Rozzo platform is a scheduling tool designed to facilitate the recurring delivery of physical daily essentials (such as milk, eggs, bread, etc.) from local Vendors to the End User. This is a logistics management tool and does not constitute a "digital subscription" for app content or features.
- 8.2. Contractual Relationship: By enabling a scheduled delivery, the User enters into a direct agreement with the local Vendor for the recurring purchase of physical goods. Rozzo acts solely as a technology platform to digitize the record-keeping (Digital Ledger) and facilitate the communication of order changes between the User and the Vendor.
- 8.3. Modification and Cancellation:
Flexibility: Users may pause, resume, or modify the quantity of their daily orders through the App interface.
Cut-off Times: Any changes to a scheduled delivery (e.g., "Cancel for tomorrow") must be made before the Vendor’s specified cut-off time (e.g., 10:00 PM the previous night) to be reflected in the next delivery cycle.
Vendor Confirmation: The Vendor has the right to update the delivery status (Delivered/Not Delivered) which will be reflected in the User’s monthly summary.
- 8.4. Digital Ledger & Billing: Thae App provides a digital summary of all successful physical deliveries made during a calendar month. This summary is intended to replace traditional manual paper-based ledger systems (Khata). The total amount calculated at the end of the month is based strictly on the quantity of physical goods received by the User.
- 8.5. Payments for Physical Goods: All payments related to scheduled deliveries are for the purchase of physical groceries. These transactions are exempt from Apple’s and Google In-App Purchase (IAP) requirements as per Apple Guideline 3.1.3(e), as the goods are consumed outside of the digital platform.
